I work closely with business owners, accountants and financial planners to structure finance around cash flow, business needs and long-term goals. I enjoy the more complex scenarios, particularly when there are multiple entities, trusts or moving parts involved.
I take a hands-on approach to every deal. I like to understand the numbers, challenge lenders when needed and work through the options to find the right outcome rather than simply accepting the first answer.
I don’t accept the first answer. If something comes back declined, or conditioned in a way that makes no sense, I’ll rework it and go again. And I keep hold of the file until it’s done — it doesn’t sit there drifting while you wonder.
