We align you to the best loan, for whatever you need it for.
There are four of us, covering home, investment, commercial, business and rural finance. Most of the job is working out what you can actually borrow and whose rules suit you.
What we do.
How it works.
-
01
The first conversation.
Half an hour on what you’re buying, what you earn and what you owe. You’ll leave knowing roughly what you can borrow. No credit check at this stage.
-
02
Comparing lenders.
Lenders read the same numbers differently, so the amount you can borrow moves a fair bit between them. We come back with the two or three that work, and what each costs.
-
03
Getting it approved.
We put the application together, handle the valuation and deal with the assessor. You hear from us as it moves rather than having to chase.
-
04
Settlement, and after.
We work with your conveyancer to settlement, then review the loan each year. The lender that suited you at the start often isn’t the sharpest three years on.
Who we are.
We all cover the full range of lending, so pick whoever you’d rather talk to. Dallas is our agri specialist.
Pappalardo
Commercial, SMSF and complex lending, and happy to argue with a lender when the assessment is wrong.
Davison
Grew up on a property south of Hughenden, owns cattle, and wrote the guide on how banks read a cattle operation.
Perkins
Residential, investment, commercial and business lending, and there to assist you along the way.
White
Particular about structure and paperwork. Has run a small business, worked in real estate, and spent time at the ATO.
Work out what it’s going to cost.
Stamp duty and government fees for every state, with first home and owner-occupier concessions applied. Export it as a spreadsheet for your conveyancer. There’s also repayments, a refinance comparison, and what an offset actually saves you.
Lumo Library.
Plain explanations of what comes up when you’re borrowing, written from files we’ve worked on.
